About the event
Start building your baby's emotional foundation. We'll practice caregiver modeling of basic emotions and use play to introduce early emotional vocabulary and recognition, setting the stage for emotional literacy. Mothers also explore how to support their child's early development, what is happening in their brain, and methods of their own self-care and self-regulation.
Led by an educator, neuroscience specialist, and mother of 2, Brittany Miller.
You will walk away with a rejuvenating and enlightening start to your day for you and your baby.
