About the event
Focus on auditory regulation! Discover how music tempo, volume changes, and your own voice can encourage moments of stillness and focused listening in your baby. We'll practice gentle verbal interaction techniques. Mothers also explore how to support their child's early development, what is happening in their brain, and methods of their own self-care and self-regulation.
Led by an educator, neuroscience specialist, and mother of 2, Brittany Miller.
You will walk away with a rejuvenating and enlightening start to your day for you and your baby.
