About the event

Come learn and play while we explore co-regulation: the art and science of using your own calm to support your child’s developing nervous system.  In this fun, interactive session for young children and their parents or caretakers, we will play games, sing songs, and read stories while actively learning how to utilize co-regulation to help young children feel safe and calm when their world and feelings are big.

Led by an educator, neuroscience specialist, and mother of 2, Brittany Miller.
