What to Expect?

1 / Bracing the Foundation

We take a look at your routines, habits, and living spaces to openly share struggle points that lead to feelings of overwhelm so we can best support your unique brain and your household's rhythm.

2 / Building the Supports

The dedicated, structured time we spend together in your space creates momentum and supports follow-through, reducing the emotional load of initiating essential, but challenging, life tasks.

3 / Address the Weak Spots

If you choose, we can work together to tackle the laundry piles, the half-finished projects, your online calendar, etc. while learning how to build systems for yourself that support the maintenance.

4 / Reflect & Thrive

At the end of each session, we will check in on the progress we've made, outline what needs to happen next, and ensure you have the supports you need before we meet again.

Why Choose Us?

Hello! My Name is Brittany Miller

My journey to this work is deeply personal. As a woman with ADHD who went undiagnosed until adulthood, I spent much of my childhood & adolescence struggling with executive functions and it impacted every aspect of my life.

My experience with the frustration, the shame, and the ultimate clarity is what drives my passion today.  As a mother of 2 young daughters, I want to shift the narrative on how we understand ourselves and the behavior of our children and those around us from misunderstanding the struggles to addressing the root causes, with strategies that grow the brain, enhance our relationships, equip us for self-advocacy, and improve our mental wellbeing.

Prior to launching DLA, I was a Research Scholar for 12 years at NC State University developing and facilitating workshops, online courses, and coaching sessions for educators, leaders and parents on the topics of executive function, self regulation, and agency in districts across North Carolina and reached over 40,000 individuals worldwide.

All my personal and professional experience has given me a unique perspective on how to create a compassionate, strengths-based approach to coaching and learning in childhood, adolescence & adulthood.

Informed by research, and grounded in reality.

As a coach, my goal is to empower you, helping you move from a place of frustration to one of confidence, independence, and agency.

Brittany Miller, founder of Dynamic Learning Alliance and executive function coach and educator.
