About the event
Learn to play at a gentle pace to prevent overstimulation. This session focuses on moving and playing in a relaxed way to encourage quiet observation, regulated attention, and a state of calm alertness in your baby. Mothers also explore how to support their child's early development, what is happening in their brain, and methods of their own self-care and self-regulation.
Led by an educator, neuroscience specialist, and mother of 2, Brittany Miller.
You will walk away with a rejuvenating and enlightening start to your day for you and your baby.
