About the event
Learn how focused touch and sensory exploration can build calm. We will use various texturesand gentle movements to guide your baby into a state of calm, regulated touch and promote early body awareness. Mothers also explore how to support their child's early development, what is happening in their brain, and methods of their own self-care and self-regulation.
Led by an educator, neuroscience specialist, and mother of 2, Brittany Miller.
You will walk away with a rejuvenating and enlightening start to your day for you and your baby.
