About the event

Help your toddler build self-regulations skills by learning to verbally express their feelings! We’ll play games and engage in activities that practice simple, powerful words and signs to communicate feelings effectively and grow a child's emotional vocabulary. Parents and caretakers will learn practical strategies and games to support self-regulation at home and how to handle big feelings in ways that grow the brain and self-regulation skills. Children need to wear active shoes.

Led by a local educator, neuroscience specialist, and mother of 2, Brittany Miller.
