About the event

Build emotional intelligence through play! This session focuses on naming and understanding different feelings to build self-awareness. We’ll use games, stories, and activities to help your child learn and express different emotions as well as grow their social skills. Parents and caretakers will learn practical strategies and games to support self-regulation at home and how to handle big feelings in ways that grow the brain and self-regulation skills. Children need to wear active shoes.

Led by a local educator, neuroscience specialist, and mother of 2, Brittany Miller.
