Thriving Child Series | Free October Workshops for Families at Wake Forest Community Library!

The crisp autumn air is here, and with it comes the whirlwind of energy and emotion that only our little ones can bring. From the joy of a perfect leaf pile to the frustration of the wrong holiday cup, the world of a young child is filled with big, often overwhelming, feelings.

How can we, as parents and caregivers, help them navigate this emotional landscape?

This October, we are thrilled to provide two free, interactive family workshops designed to give you and your child a shared language for emotions and practical, proven, and effective techniques that teach young children self-regulation and reduce or shorten tantrums.

Mark your calendars for these fun-filled mornings of learning and connection!
