Cancellation Policy

Dynamic Learning Alliance: Coaching Services Terms and Conditions 1. Services Provided Our coaching services are for educational purposes only. Our role is to provide guidance and support. 2. Client Responsibilities Your active and honest participation is essential. You agree to be punctual for all scheduled sessions. 3. Scheduling and Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 1 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged half the full session fee. 5. Confidentiality All shared information is strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., a court order) or if we believe you or another person is at risk of serious harm, including any information regarding child abuse or neglect. 6. Intellectual Property All materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Dynamic Learning Alliance & Dynamic Learning Solutions, LLC. These resources are for your personal use only and may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. 7. Limitation of Liability You agree to hold DLA and its coaches harmless from any claims or damages arising from the use of our services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages. 8. Termination of Services We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if the relationship is no longer beneficial or if you fail to follow these terms. You will be refunded for any unused, pre-paid sessions. 9. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina. 10. Acknowledgment By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
