Service Description
Feeling overwhelmed or stuck on a homeschooling challenge? You're not alone. Join us for a small-group virtual coaching sessions where we'll explore key topics and share practical solutions. This is an safe space for you to discuss your unique challenges, get peer support, and share ideas with others who understand your journey. We’ll dive into strategies for: - Engaging student-centered learning practices, resources and activities that foster self-motivation and independent learning. - Designing an EF-Rich Homeschool Day that fosters independence - Navigating specific challenges, from a child who is resistant to learning to one who struggles with executive functions such as organization. - Finding your "why" and creating a joyful, sustainable "learning lifestyle" that works for your family Come with your questions and leave with a supportive community and a renewed sense of purpose. Sessions are limited to 5 participants to keep conversations customized.

Cancellation Policy
Dynamic Learning Alliance: Coaching Services Terms and Conditions 1. Services Provided Our coaching services are for educational purposes only. Our role is to provide guidance and support. 2. Client Responsibilities Your active and honest participation is essential. You agree to be punctual for all scheduled sessions. 3. Scheduling and Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelations within 24 hours will result in a credit. Cancellations within 1 hour will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 5. Confidentiality All shared information is strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information without your consent, except as required by law (e.g., a court order) or if we believe you or another person is at risk of serious harm, including any information regarding child abuse or neglect. 6. Intellectual Property All materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Dynamic Learning Alliance & Dynamic Learning Solutions, LLC. These resources are for your personal use only and may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written consent. 7. Limitation of Liability You agree to hold DLA and its coaches harmless from any claims or damages arising from the use of our services. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages. 8. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina. 9. Acknowledgment By booking a coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
